Lancaster
Lancaster-Woods home focuses on color, character, and collaboration
"The Lancaster-Woods home in the Alta Vista area of Greenville is a masterclass in intentional, unconventional design. Brimming with color and character, somehow boldly expressive yet impossibly understated, the space today is the final result of years of hard work and fruitful partnership."

"Retirees Terry and Sy Kotalik had sentimental reasons for the location of a second home away from their primary residence in West Palm Beach, Florida. They already knew northern Greenville County well. Sy Kotalik is an alumnus of North Greenville University, and the couple had honeymooned just over the state line, in Hendersonville, North Carolina."

"Emery had a vision in mind—the Shinola Hotel in Detroit, the city of his youth. The antique factory was upfit with modern sensibilities but retained its architectural detail. The only problem was his home had few of the features he admired at the hotel.
“We took the concepts he liked from The Shinola and asked ourselves, how can we build that into the home?” says George."

"As a family of six, the Paddocks wanted a home that was high functioning but without sacrificing style. Originally from California in the West Hollywood area, Melanie and Brad and their four children moved to the east coast and brought with them a unique sensibility. Over time, their tastes had changed from shabby chic into more Scandinavian with light and airy composition including strong contrasts, black and white tones, and hints of bright color throughout."

There’s No Shortage Of Fun In This Colorful S.C. Country Estate
"There’s a conventional wisdom about wide-open spaces. In a place with fewer distractions, less traffic and unfettered access to nature, simple pleasures, night skies full of stars and room to spread one’s wings all arrive in abundance. Standing before a parcel of land they’d held onto for several years on the rural outskirts of Greer, South Carolina, Tab and Laurin Patton had a similar vision in mind. Initially, they’d purchased the 60-plus acres of rolling green pastures for their proximity to family (right next to Laurin’s mother’s house, in fact).
